Pricing Plans

All plans include free website and shop hosting. If you take one of our Credit Card plans, you will also need to open a Merchant Account with your bank. Regardless of your plan, we recommend you ask a web designer to skin your shop for you.

When you purchase a Handy Shop, it entitles you to use the software as it is at time of purchase. However, we are continuously improving the Handy Shop, and would like to keep you up to date with the latest improvements. As keeping your shop up to date requires some time investment on our part, we have a Support Plan which we recommend you consider purchasing.

Manual Payment Processing Offers you the basic content management features, and the shopping features of Handy Shop. However, it excludes credit card transactions. When a shopper places an order, you get emailed their contact details and arrange payment with them manually.	$500	$49.95	0
Credit Card Plan 20 Includes all the features of the shop, and 20 credit card transactions a month. Extra credit card transactions are charged at $2 per transaction. You will need a merchant account with your bank.	$1500	$49.95	20

Support Plan The support plan is an optional addition to any of the above CC plans. Purchasing the Support Plan ensures your Handy Shop is kept up to date with the latest benefits and features, and allows you to suggest features you'd like to see added.	$0	$75
Customisations If you'd like any customisations to be made to your Handy Shop, please describe them in detail, and we will offer you a fixed price quote for the change.
Merchant Account If you take one of the CC plans, you will also need a merchant account with your bank. We will assist you in setting up the correct type of account with ASB (Cardpay), BNZ (Securit-e), National (Buypoint), ANZ, Westpac (WIPS), Or Kiwibank. Your bank will likely charge you a setup fee, and a monthly and/or per transaction fee.
Web Design When a Handy Shop is setup, it looks just like the Handy Shop Demo, but without the content. Unless you really like the blue theme of the Handy Shop demo, someone will need to modify the design of your Handy Shop so it looks like your business. The shop is simple enough to modify that a second year web design student can do it, but if you want it to look professional, hire a professional. We can assist you in finding someone if you'd like help.
